PepTools motif failing to find motif in too big of a dataset

This is not a ProPPD buf but something Susanne found today: PepTools “motif” tab (so SLiMFinder) was not able to find a very obvious TxF motif in a very big hand-curated data-set. When cut in half, it finds the motif.

I’m attaching the list of peptides Susanne used.

I think it's got a time out or dataset size cutoff on it. I'd need to check. It should return an error though. We'll need to add that
