Inconsistent linking to Search, Classify and Browse pages in Home page

Within the list of available sections in the home page, we’re missing links to the “Search” and “Classify” pages:

However, both Search and Classify pages can be accessed from dedicated sections at the bottom of the home page:

For consistency, we should either add Search and Classify, or remove Browse.
