Eliminate external link icon next to Class in Classes page

In the Classes page (http://slim.icr.ac.uk/articles/classes/) each Class in the list has a small icon indicating an external link. As the Class itself is underlined and clickable, and takes to the ELM entry for the class, I think the small icon is redundant and can be avoided.
