    Lick cannot paralyze Ghost Pokemon in Generation 1. I probably want to avoid even considering the case where it attempts to paralyze, and then I would get a performance boost. This approach would also ensure TM doesn’t think Zap Cannon can paralyze a Ground Pokemon.
