Timezone for server needs to be configurable

Issue #13 resolved
David Karlsson repo owner created an issue

To get correct time when showing last edited and global variables and get sunrise/sunset functionality working. Today it is fixed to Europe/Stockholm. If you live somewhere else you live at the wrong place :-)
