Its really close but it doesn't fit a 4 GB SD card right now. Would be great if you could remove some of that free disc space.

This is a problem that I am happy to get suggestions on. The image actually fit on my 4GB SD card and for several others however some cards are somewhat smaller and on those it doesnt fit. The problem is that when an image is creates by Win Disk Imager it will always be the size of the physical card, not the actual partions. So it is not an easy job to just reduce the image size.

Suggestions welcome!
