Ability to ignore Observational error's from sensors.

Should probably add something where we can config the following:
- Maximum allowed change from last value
- Maximum allowed value
- Minimum allowed value
Not sure if we should not store or just not visualize Observational error's, or just mark them as such in the DB.
Ideally there would also be a process to "clean" already captured sensor-data.
