Force Installation of Rserve 1.8-6

There seems to be a strange error with the current version of RServe on CRAN (1.7.3) I don't know if this is only on linux or could occur on Windows as well.

We have to check the version of RServe if it is available.

Force installation via: install.packages("Rserve","Rserve_1.8-6.tgz","http://www.rforge.net/")
