Burndown not burning down

Hi, I am having a few issues with burndowns, I have configured one team successfully and that is working as expected. but i have tried to setup two other teams and running into issues.

The burndown displays but even though i can see the remaining estimate reducing the burndown does not change.

can you see if there is something obviously wrong with how i have it configured?

Hi Jason,
I can’t see anything wrong with the config. But I don’t think Jira supports querying for older values of remaining estimates, so it looks like only the latest value will always be returned

Hi im not sure i understand that when i am successfully doing it for another team, what are other people using for burndown data then just story points?
