Issue Age Question

I have not been able to figure out how if this chart is possible. I want to plot the average age of issues in a project (weekly) Q1. When I add issueAge as a dataset option in Time Series none of the other Y-axis options seems to generate a chart.

The end results is the average age of open issues in a project. By Week. Similar to the average age chart in Jira, but in this version I would like to show multiple datasets for comparison in the same chart.
Is this possible? Any help you could provide is appreciated.

Added ability to average y-axis value per number of issues. Added 'Days created' to y-axis values
