The chart widget is not being displayed.

The widget is not visible in the dashboard. Only a small box which does not furnish any value is there. Please help, this is crucial to us.

I'm afraid I haven't seen this before, and all of my test charts are showing up fine. There's been no changes to my app for a couple of weeks.

Can I ask a few questions please ...

• Are you seeing this issue on any other charts with this add-on?
• Did the chart previously work? if so, when did you first notice it broken?
• Can I get screenshots of the configuration screens, if they show up please?
• Was anything else happening at the time it broke, eg. adding or removing other gadgets from the dashboard?
• Is this in all browsers, and for all users?
