Incorrect Time label on X axis

Hi.

Over the last 1-2 months I have noticed that the Current month numbers are showing with the next month's label for reports with a monthly frequency. This is true for all months/x-axis units. The September data has an October label, etc.

I have marked priority as minor since it is a label and we can explain it, however we are looking to use this as part of our KPIs on a TVs. So for us it would be very helpful to have the labels correctly reflect the data.
