I have to create a graph of unresolved bug per month does not work

I follow your tutorial and it appears that it's it alayw show 0. Is the feature down ?

    Yes, it should be working. Could you try running the query in the advanced issue search page in Jira, and confirm if it returns results please?

    Hi, I still have an issue with this configuration. Error in JQL query, which is valid though, and getting only 0 data in graph:

    Ah you need the “was” clause (as per the tutorial) so the app knows if an issue was resolved or not on each day.

    You need to list all possible statuses where an issue is not resolved
    eg. 

    project = FHLA and status was in ("Open", "To Do", "In Progress")

    The status values may be different for your project
