Impact of Cloud to Cloud migration

Hi!

We are in the process of merging two Jira Cloud instances. What is the impact of this merge on rich-text-gadget app? The destination instance dosen't have this app installed. Is there any app data migration needed for the rich-text-gadget app?

Hi, all data is stored in the Jira Cloud instance. If the two are merged correctly there should be no impact.
Otherwise you will have to setup each gadget again individually.

I’d recommend making a backup of each config if possible just to be safe.
