When resizing images on Rich Text gadget the the image size is not persisted after saving

Issue Summary

We came across an issue that when we paste an image to a Rich Text gadget and resize it or through the borders by using the mouse pointer or setting the image size through the "Insert / Edit image" button on the Rich Text toolbar, after saving and refreshing the gadget, the image is displayed on its actual size instead of displaying it on the size we entered.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Insert / Edit a Rich Text gadget on a Dashboard
2. Click on the gadget "..." menu, and then hit "Configure"
3. Click on the "Insert / Edit image" button on the toolbar (see image attached for reference)
4. Enter an image source and try to resize it by using the squares in the image corner or by manually setting it in the image properties so it has a different size from its original form
5. Hit the save button in the gadget
6. Check the result after the gadget reloads / refreshes

Expected Results

The image should keep the size entered by the user instead of resizing it to its original form/size

Actual Results

The image is displayed in the gadget after saving it with its original size, disregarding what the user has entered previously while editing the gadget.

Workaround

The image should be uploaded with the desired size.
