Query Regarding Rich-Text Gadget Add-On Cloud Migration

I hope this message finds you well. We are currently planning the migration of our add-on from the existing cloud instance to Enterprise Cloud. I have a few specific questions:

1. Which migration approach to be used - manual migration or using the Jira Cloud Migration Assistant (JCMA)?
2. Could you outline the key steps or provide documentation for the migration process?
3. Are there any features within our add-on that may not be supported by JCMA?
4. Are there differences in feature behavior between Data Center (DC) and Enterprise Cloud?

Hi Ankush,
Regarding the Rich Text Gadget app, it is only available in Cloud. There is no support for Data Center.

If you are migrating from an existing cloud instance to Enterprise cloud, then there should be no additional effort required during the migration.
All configuration data is stored on the Atlassian hosted DB, and should be automatically migrated alongside the other Jira data
