Rich Text Gadget should have refresh option

It would be great if the Rich Text Gadget had a refresh option like many of the other gadgets do. A "reload in _____ minutes" field.

I am using the Rich Text Gadget to show a dynamically generated image - since the rest of the content in the Rich Text Gadget is static, this is probably the only use case for it.
