Reloading the Dashboard shows an empty box in the Rich Text Gadget

Hello,

Everytime I setup the Rich Text Gadget on my Dashboard, I lose my input whenever I reload the Dashboard. In this gadget I am adding links to another add-on (Time Reports). I have no issue with the links. They correctly bring me to the Time Report. But if I open another tab on my browser and go back to JIRA Dashboard or just refresh the page, the gadget is empty. Please see attached "Before" and "After" snapshots. I have recreated the gadget multiple times and it won't stick.

Hi @KWI-Joanne Thanks for reporting this. I can't figure out what's going on, or reproduce this. It sounds like it can't save the configuration to the JIRA dashboard, possibly due to a permissions issue ... I added a better error message which has just finished rolling out to production.

If you see this message, could you please retry and let me know what the error message says pls?

Hi David,

So of course now the issue does not happen. I tried multiple times throughout the day to see if the gadget would lose my input, but now it's fine.
