Copying Older Dashboard with Rich-Text Gadget causes an 500 Error

Summary When you have an older dashboard that has a Rich Text Gadget, and you attempt to copy the dashboard, Jira displays a 500 Error (with the skull and bones). The copied dashboard is not properly created. A dashboard with the name is created, not favorited to the owner, and only has an empty Rich Text Gadget. Other Gadgets are not created.

Steps to Reproduce:

Pre-condition - Have a dashboard that has a Rich Text Gadget (The most recent once I can see that had this problem was around Aug18th, 2016)

Log into Jira
Select Dashboard (if it's not already displayed)
Click ... button at top right screen
Click Copy Dashboard
Fill in require fields
Click Create
Observe error

Observations The key thing here is when the Dashboard with the Text Editor Gadget was created. New one doesn't seem to display the problems. Deleting the gadget and then copying the the dashboard does works. However, that's a message/process that needs to be continually repeated to end-users whenever they copy the board.
