High quality images in cardsview

Please add high quality images everywhere.

So far my biggest complain are the blurry (low resolution) preview images in the cardsview.

• Youtube Preview
• Website Preview
• Normal Image Preview (already done i guess)

(Sometimes images are not shown at all)
