Ability to hide all child comments

Ability to hide child comments (sometimes called "collapse all comments"), that would hide all child comments and you would only see top level ones.

(Attached example, how this works in RES)

After comments are collapsed, if you tap on one, it would expand that tree of comments allowing you to read them all (but keep other ones collapsed)

This seems to work most of the time, but sometimes it will simply not work (pressing option does nothing).

It is mostly buggy, when you already have comments hidden and then load new comments (swipe up), but sometimes it can also happen on fresh thread.
