[player] Cannot play older episodes

Whenever I try to hit the play button for an older episode of a specific podcast known as mtggoldfish.com, the extension just begins playing the most recent episode of it no matter if I hit close on the episode or play an older episode from another podcast and then try to play the older episode(s) of the mtggoldfish.com podcast. I am able to open up the separate tab that plays the sound just fine but this is annoying as I like to have the least amount of tabs open possible.

Ok, quick analysis, the feed for this podcast does not have a guid tag, and that is most likely the issue. I wonder how many feeds behave like that...

I'll check if Ican implemente a fallback to use the mp3 url as guid.
