sbt console doesn't work reliable anymore for most snippets

We need to move to sbt 1.0.x to (hopefully!) get a sbt console that can execute reasonable scripts again. (see [https://github.com/sbt/sbt/issues/3667]https://github.com/sbt/sbt/issues/3667) for details)

I have already created a branch to test updating sbt to 1.0.x; we do get a lot of issues. (For the time being we can live without sbt-dirty-money)
