Investigate fixture recompilation issues

the java fixture compiler plug-in shows incorrect, hard-to-reproduce behaviour, seemingly recompiling the java fixtures but not creating a new JAR file. Original report by @delors :

Wir haben heute festgestellt, dass in seltenen Fällen es dazu kommt, dass die Fixtures (mittels Eclipse) zwar rekompiliert werden nach einer Änderung, aber nicht immer ein neues Jar gebaut wird
