The CHA based call graph can't be build when the current analysis mode is some application mode. It raises an IllegalArgumentException that does state the call-by-signature resolution is not supported for application like analysis modes.

resolved on the develop branch. The call-by-signature target analysis is aware of the analysis mode, hence, these modes are supported.
