iView error: Failed to open output [Errno 1] Operation not permitted
Hi,
I'm getting the following error from iView:

Using autograbber.py I get the caption files downloaded but not the .ts. I haven't downloaded anything from iView lately so not sure when the problem started but I rebuilt my system recently so it may be connected.
Little Snitch isn't blocking anything. I've returned code in common.py, iview.py and sbs.py to vanilla state to make sure it's nothing I've done. As it's failing on output I (re)set all perms to 777 on the media drive but I'm really not sure what to look for next. SBS is working beautifully.
Any pointers?

I don’t have a macOS machine I can test it on. It works fine for me on ZFS, ext4 and vfat filesystems. What format is your media drive? Can you try saving to your internal disk and seeing if that works?

p.s. Should’ve mentioned that it’s not a problem with the vid - it’s happening with another I tried as well.
