ABC higher resolution

I noticed the TV iView has a higher resolution than what gets downloaded with webdl? I'm hoping there is a way to also get this stream?

The code seems to specify hls-high, but there is also hls-plus which seems to have higher bitrates. Might just be a matter of modifying iview.py to use this. I'll give it a try.

It does work if you alter to use hls-plus. But most programs don't seem to offer this stream. The Iview app on my Ipad seems limited to low resolutions also. I'm not sure if there is some other API for some devices that offers a higher resolution?

I've made it use hls-plus when available, with a fallback to hls-high.
