doubts about data base

Hello!

First of all, thanks for this program! It's really usefull and simple to track my activities and how much time I've spent on a project without having to press start/stop.

I have some questions: on the right-bottom corner there is a "DB size". Where does this DB is stored? Can I take this file in somewhere im my computer and save it as a backup? Or even clean it? Does this DB could ocupy my computer's memory or make it work slowly?

Sorry if these are stupid questions, but I dont't understand much of computer things and haven't found infos on the website.
