QJsonValue(string, "Connection refused")

Hi there. I am currently working on a Dapp. I am using qjson library for calling ethereum functions and exchange of data. Every thing seem to be right by i dont know why i am receiving Connection refused error. Any type of help is highly encouraged. Thanks
