Add ability to lookup methods by name without wildcards

It would be nice to be able to turn off wildcards in lookiup-methods-by-name.

    Made lookup-method not use wildcards, which makes more sense since it only returns one method anyway. lookup-methods-by-name, though, still uses wildcards.
