Fixed issue reference classes to be more compatible with Sphinx Use the standard xref class for issue references, together with the custom "issue" class. Closed issues additionally get the "closed" class. Makes issue references more compatible with Sphinx themes because "xref" rules get applied to issue references, too. Also prepares for a custom issue role based on the XRefRole class.
