Advanced Space list doesn't show any results

Hi, we recently updated the trial license for Advanced Space List but when using the application it doesn’t show any results. It looks like it is loading but nothing happens. Where do we start troubleshooting?

Customer is running Confluence version 7.1.1 and uses MySQL 5.6.49-log.
