Digi Accordion appearing in Table of Contents

Hi,

The Digi Accordion has a H4 in the header panel title so therefore it appears in our table of contents. Could you please provide an option so that the panel title is not necessarily a H4? Or that it can be changed to another heading level? Or a way to prevent it from appearing in the Table of Contents (where Heading 4's are required)?
