As a user, I want to be able to format progress bars to enhance look&feel as well as adapt to design guidelines.

Please include parameters to format progress bars, especially color (preferably by hex, alternatively like 'percentage-bar').

The default blueish appearance does hinder our teams from a) abiding by design guidelines and b) enriching the information depicted in such progress bars.
