create source archive for 0.2.2

Hi, Linux distributions prefer to have a stable source archive available for download for their packages, could you please create one for version 0.2.2 similarly as there are for 0.2 and 0.2.1? I know one can download archive for a tag, but that's not the same.

I'm probably an old school person, first I thought the checksum of the generated per-tag archive isn't stable, but it is stable. So it's the old school what remains. And having nicer top-level directory name. So you can close this issue.
