OSX: Correctly build with debug symbols

As per https://bitbucket.org/dismine/valentina/issue/166/creating-osx-homebrew-mac-os-x-package#comment-12785515 debug symbols were disabled from OSX builds. This will ensure that OSX port of Valentina can be used to find and report rich info about bugs.

    I don't see way combine creation Mac package (.dmg) with striping debug symbols. If you can make it possible please help us.
