Point from intersection of line and arc has incorrect options dialog title

After right clicking on a point created with Point from intersection of line and arc, the options dialog is displayed with an incorrect title. The title displayed is: 'Point of contact' The title should be: 'Point from intersection of line and arc'

Marked as 'major' to solve user friendliness issues for next release.

hey, just fixed this - but not sure if 1. this is the only place this has to be changed 2. it should probably be followed by some code renaming - for the whole thing is named "point of contact" internally (took me some time to realize... :)

Yes, it is more about my wrong translation. When i said contact i meant tangent. Also we have issue #209: New tool for Point from arc and tangent that seem to be a duplicate.
