Pattern disappears when Detail icon on icon bar is selected

Pattern disappears when Detail icon on icon bar is selected and no Detail information has been created for the pattern.
It would be better to post a message that states there is no Detail information for this pattern, and to use the Detail tools to create seam allowances.

This creates alarm when when a user's work disappears off the work space and no error message or explanation message has appeared. If the user selects to enter the 'Details' mode when no details have been created, an error message should appear. The error message 'No Details have been created' could appear with an 'OK' button. When the user hits the 'OK' button the workspace returns to 'Draw' mode and the work re-appears.

May be another way? Disable button before user will have at least one detail? Like i did for layout.

It is not a bug. According to user manual we have two modes. One is scene where is pattern, second for details. You selected details scene and don't see anything because you don't have details. All work as expected. Of course, i can disable this mode before user create details, but do you think it is really so big issue?
