Move Layout icon on top toolbar so it is next to Detail mode.
Draw mode, Detail mode, and Layout mode will be together in a group. Each has their own set of tools:
/ Draw mode:
Point
Line
Curve
Arc / Detail mode:
Seam Allowance
Union
/ Layout mode:
Auto Layout
Adjust Layout

Not in all agree now. New "Seam Allowance" tool work only in Draw tool, because need pattern draw.

Layout mode will be in independent window how he is now. And in my plan user will get dialog with options before each creation layout.
