Layout pieces too close to right edge

When printing layouts to desktop printer or to large format plotter, the rightmost lines are cut off by the printer. (Rightmost edge of layout as viewed in Layout mode)

Increase the border on the right side of layouts by a very small amount (two or three line widths?), this should fix the problem.

No, it will not fix. Like all graphical editors we need additional four options: top, botom, left and right border. And this mean also four new command line keys.

I didn't know that those four options did not exist, I assumed top/bottom/left/right were in the code even though users couldn't access them in the dialog.

I think this should be fixed in 0.4

It cuts off part of a pattern along the right edge. In some cases, the entire pattern edge is cut off when the pattern is placed along the right edge. The user can't easily calculate how much was cut off and can't estimate where to manually draw a new line.
