'Measurements'/'Create New' - tape.exe doesn't run 20150904

Using build of 20150904 develop code in Qt 5.4.1 on Windows 8.1, 64bit;

Created new pattern, canvas shows point A created. Selected 'Measurement' from top menu Selected 'Create new' from Measurement dropdown menu

The Valentina top gray bar 'flashed' white and a circle appeared next to the cursor to indicate some processing was occuring. No dialog box or other tool appeared for 'Create New'. Circle eventually disappeared.

'Measurement' / 'Create new' does nothing.

When I build Valentina, maybe tape.exe isn't being built., based on it isn't executing when called from within Valentina.

When I build tape separately, tape will run.
