The tooltip for the f(x) button in Tape.exe, 'Add Known' and 'Add Custom' dialogs says 'Details'.

Should say 'Create formula' or 'Function Wizard' (like LibreOffice Calc or Excel).

That's because they don't have tooltip and program show parent tooltip.
