Improve multisize table.

It is not always possible to create a multisize table with increment values. Often statistical data do not provide such a correlation.

The multisize table format should be redesigned to support pairs: size and height. Each page will contain information about one combination of size and height.

    Also I found only certain heights in the "Altezza" section, in the bottom, and they don't fit my range of heights (attached screenshot "ValentinaA.jpg").

    Need to provide possibility to select custom range of heights and sizes.
