New Project: Redesign Valentina GUI to run on sensor screens and tablets

Many users want to run Valentina on their tablets. A full GUI redesign (plus other issues) is required.

This might be important for the future of Valentina, so we should investigate. All comments welcome here about running Valentina on sensor screens and tablets.

    One interesting question. Should we use Qt or better create a native app (Java for Android and Swift or what they use for IOS)?

    Actually we can use QML that will make our GUI really flexible for sensor screens. Need to make investigation.
