New Tool: Segment curve at Point

Users can create a point on a Curve with 'Point Intersect Curve and Axis'.

With new tool 'Segment Curve at Point' the user can segment the curve at this point.

Susan, we already have this tool "Segmenting a simple curve".

The dialog for 'Segment a simple Curve' prompts for Length. It doesn't prompt for a point. So I missed how we can go in and select the new curve created from the 'Intersect curve and axis' tool. Good to know.
