Newbie issue

Hello to you all.

I apologize for possible mistake in language since English is not my native language. I just constructed basic bodice in Valentina and I am very satisfied but now I can not do modeling.I also don't know how to cut darts out of back piece. It's made as two separate layouts. I suppose that is mistake but I don't have a clue how to do it other way.

I am totally new to this program and as much as I can I research but this website is a bit confusing for me. Could anyone,please,point me i right direction or give me a link how to use this program for modeling. I do have latest version installed. I also don't know how to install zip file that I downloaded last.
