Runtime Error when using elliptical arc and opening Measurements Table of Variables or Formula Wizard.

Issue #631 resolved
jazzygp created an issue

Hi, I have been using version 4.5 for quite a while now and I did upload the new test version 5.0. It was running just fine for a day. Now I am getting a runtime error when I try to adjust the curves or open the measurement table of variables. I am using windows 10 and then the program shuts its self down. I love the new tools and used the new ellipse tool as well as the dart rotation. First error message: 2017-02-24 (2).png

I have uninstalled and reinstalled the program. No difference. I also can not get it to open by double clicking like it did before. Thanks,

Sorry, these error messages do not show what is wrong. They only say that something bad happened. I need more information to be able to reproduce the crash. Can you record a video? Or at least describe steps to reproduce the problem.

I am not sure what went wrong. All I know is that yesterday I used the program all day and then closed it for the evening. This morning I went to start up again, and it would not open with out be opened as with the "run as administrator" option. Right click and open would not work either. Normally I would double click on the desktop icon. Then all was well until I went to measurements and opened the table of variables to check the length of a curve. Then the error hit. So I tried it again this time opening the table of variables first and then added the curve and went to move the toggles to change the curve and the error happened again. I uninstalled and reinstalled the program and the errors still occur. I am not sure what could have caused it as it was running great yesterday.

    Thanks,

Can you post your pattern with measurements here? Or at least send me privately.

I attached the files to my email. I did not post them inside the comment. I am using Gmail. Is that a problem. If so I have another email I could try.
