New feature: Arc by points

Sometimes it might be easier to create an arc with 3 constructions points than having to built geometrically the center point. two way of doing it: Chose first, second and third point, and the arc is created.

Or

First point = start point Second point = end point Third point gives the camber

Optionnaly, the center point could be created.

How about this:
To create an arc, select two points and calculate the third.

Option 1: Select begin & end points. Enter radius to find the origin point.
Option 2: Select begin point & origin point. Enter the sweep angle of the arc to find the end point.
Option 3. Select end point & origin point. Enter the sweep angle of the arc to find the begin point.
