Tape app. Name field can't be empty.

Roman Telezhynskyi repo owner created an issue

The Tape app doesn't allow a field to be empty. This is a bug. User should have a way to make a field empty. Tape just should use in such cases standard name.

Looks like the same bug can be found in Increments tab.
