Task: Unable to download Valentina--security programs interfere

I haven't worked with Valentina before, but after doing some research into CADs, I decided to. When I tried to download the file, it was removed from my computer shortly after. I hadn't been paying attention much during the download, so I tried again, figuring my computer was just bugging out. The second time, I noticed the two security programs I have installed popped up on my browser. I checked Norton, and the website itself is completely safe by its standards, but when I tried, again, to download Valentina, the security programs popped up, scanned it, declared it unsafe, and removed it from my computer. I'm not sure if this is a security issue on my end or a coding error or something, but I figured it would be best to report it. My computer runs Windows 10, 64 bit, and the security programs are McAfee LiveSafe and Norton Security Suite. McAfee came installed on the computer, but my family has Norton on all of our computers and I don't think this has happened before.

(Based on the guidelines, I'm classifying this as critical, but I'm not entirely sure if that's the right classification.)
